HUDSON YARDS PENTHOUSE

For this Hudson Yards penthouse property, the family wanted lots of color and support for pollinators. We did an intensive, playful planting of meadow flowers, the majority of which are perennial and return annually. We created a series of rooms in the existing L-shaped space and built out the garden in such a way that you could meander through it and discover.  Windbreaks were created with large, Austrian Black Pines, and the use of terra cotta pots of varying sizes throughout bring a sense of warmth and the feeling of boundless countryside.
