LA MERCERIE

Roman and Williams Guild and La Mercerie are capsule projects of Roman & Williams. The restaurant component of this is French-inspired in its cuisine and decor, so this aesthetic heavily reflects in our plantings of the outdoor dining enclosures that form the northern and western borders of the property and foundation plantings that highlight the northern and southern entry points. To keep focus on the impressive range of mixed seasonal plants, we kept all the planters concrete. The planting is extremely layered with rare specimen evergreens, mixed perennials and highlighted seasonally with climbing vines. This is our take ona parisian outdoor bistro planting.
